ESF Information Memo 22/20
ESF Project Delivery Branch has provided information to Project Promoters around re-opening of premises.
In the past few days I have received several enquiries from ESF Providers asking if, when and how they can re-open premises for face-to-face business.
This is not a decision for the department. Each organisation must determine the appropriate action taking full account of all relevant NI Executive and Public Health Authority guidance as well as the health and safety and well-being of staff and clients.

I have also provided a link to guidance and a webinar produced by the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). Whilst, these apply to England only, they do contain some useful advice on managing the practical aspects of safely returning to work:
