ESF Information Memo 06/22 - Call 3 - Registration of users on ESIF database

Dear Project Promoter,

The performance monitoring module of the ESIF database is currently being updated to allow the input of participant data relating to Call 3. To allow projects access to this section of the database we require a userID from each user. We will use this ID to link your project to your Letter of Offer and activate the Call 3 performance module.

For Call 2 Projects who have already registered, your Call 2 userID can be linked to the Call 3 application therefore there is no need for you to re-register on the site.

For new Call 3 Projects, all those who will be required to enter participant data must register on the EU Grant Funding NI website. Once registered please retain your userID as this will be required to enter the database, If you are the main user for your project you will need to complete the table below. The main user will be provided with access and thereby will then be able to provide access to the database to all other users from their organisation who require access.

Can you please complete the table below and forward your response to the Call 3 mailbox (esfcall3@economy-ni.gov.uk) by Friday 18 February 2022.
