Further update to ESF Information Memos 10/20 and 32/20

Please be advised monthly payments based on average claims are unable to continue beyond March 2021.

The claims team have been working strenuously to ensure that claims are processed up to date and I would appreciate if Projects could respond urgently to requests for claims information, to enable the team to continue to process their claims with speed and efficiency.
