ESF Information Memo 03/21 - In-kind match funding with regard to COVID-19 absences

Dear Project Promoter,

Please note we must treat COVID-19 in-kind match funding absences the same way we treat all COVID-19 absences, that is, as if they were staff members of your organisation.

This means we have to limit these COVID-19 absences to four weeks.

I appreciate the difficulties this may present to some projects. Affected projects may need to identify alternative sources of match funding as the DfE match funding budget has already been fully allocated.
