ESF Information Memo 02/21 - advice around part-time hours

Dear Project Promoter,

As we are beginning the run down into the final months of this financial year, can we ask that all projects remember to only claim part time hours up to the available funding level as noted in Column O of your claim form. This will help prevent pre-payment irregularities which create additional administrative checking and recording of deductions to claims.

Please therefore ensure if a negative figure appears in ‘Column O’ of the claim form this should be corrected prior to submission.
