The Step Up WRAP OCN Nt Level 1 Business Administration course helped her to change this. Her tutor and mentor give her clear guidance, useful information and constant encouragement. She learned practical admin skills, improved her communication skills and she gained an understanding of workplace expectations. The support with her CV, interview preparation and job search helped her to feel more confident and ready to move forward.
