During the programme, she learned many useful skills such as communication, teamwork and time management. She also improved her digital skills, especially in learning how to use Microsoft Office tools. The participant found the learning environment to be very supportive and welcoming and said 'l would like to give special thanks to my tutors for their guidance, patience, and encouragement throughout the programme. They explained everything clearly and always motivated us to do our best. Their support helped me feel more comfortable and confident in learning'.
The participant also enjoyed learning with other students because they were able to share ideas and support each other. As the course continued, she noticed her confidence growing and she became more comfortable participating in activities and completing tasks independently.
