“My time on the WRAP programme was a very positive experience. My first contact with the programme was through Alison WRAP Programme Support Officer. From the very beginning she was extremely kind, friendly and welcoming. This made me feel comfortable and supported.
I started the programme with wonderful tutors, who were very supportive and encouraging. During the programme I developed several important skills such as teamwork, Essential Skills in ICT and learning to be kinder to myself. I also secured a part time job as a cleaner in the evenings which gave me financial security and suited my childcare requirements.
I also met amazing people during the programme and some of them are still part of my journey today. My English speaking has improved a lot, and I have become more confident interacting and talking more. I successfully completed Level 2 in EST Literacy, and I am currently working towards completing my Level 2 in EST Numeracy.
I also enrolled in Level 2 Business Administration which I have completed successfully and I am now currently studying Level 3 in Business Administration. I am very grateful for the opportunity to participate in this programme because it has helped me in many areas of my life. Today I feel much more confident and determined to build a career in Business and Administration. This programme was a real game changer for us and I believe it should continue because it makes a real difference in peoples lives.”
