“I had loads of support from the WRAP Programme Support Officer about what course was right for me. I have found my confidence has grown as I learn new things, this has had a positive impact on my self-esteem. I hope to finish my course and pass and then take on the next stage of my education. Without the WRAP programme free courses, I would not have been able to have got this far.”
