The 'Dear IP' series of letters, issued by the Insolvency Service, are intended to explain future changes in the legislation, provide clarification or interpretation of insolvency law when problems arise and to provide administrative advice for the proper conduct of your dealings with the Insolvency Service.

Dear IP letter 15 deals with:

Dear IP letter 16 deals with:

Dear IP letter 17 deals with:

  • the Company Directors Disqualification (Northern Ireland) Order 2002, which is coming into operation on 5 September 2003

Dear IP letter 18 deals with:

  • disqualification reports and returns
