Form 2.18BA The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 Notice of deemed approval of proposals
This form is intended for the administrator to send to Companies House. It lets the registrar know when the administrator’s proposals ( to achieve the purpose of administration) are deemed to have been approved, where a creditors’ meeting has not been held.
