The Department for the Economy commissioned Arup to undertake research into energy efficiency policy to inform the development of a new Energy Strategy for Northern Ireland. This report summarises the work undertaken, including the context for energy efficiency in NI, findings of engagement with relevant stakeholders, and modelling of future energy demand based on NI building stock data and applicable policy levers.
