The Department has prepared a Guidance paper on the imposition of obligations on licence exempt distributors and suppliers which is intended to assist exempt distribution network owners, customers and potential third party suppliers in relation to the obligations imposed on licence exempt distributors and suppliers by the Electricity (Class Exemptions from the Requirement for a Licence) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013.
