Completion of this application form is required to satisfy the requirements in Regulation 3 of the Petroleum Production Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987 (as substituted by regulation 2(4) of the Petroleum Production (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 (“the 2010 Regulations”))

Appendix A - Financial Capacity - this form gives financial information about the Applicant
Appendix B - Technical Capacity - DfE needs to be satisfied that an applicant has the ability to carry out its obligations under a Petroleum Licence (including the Work Programme) and has the resources to do so.
Appendix C - Environmental Awareness Statement - applicants for Petroleum Licences must demonstrate an awareness of environmental issues and regulatory requirements
