Statement from Economy Minister Diane Dodds on Gas Tariff Reduction

    Minister Diane Dodds

“Following on from the Utility Regulator’s spring 2020 review the announcement of an 18.7 per cent reduction in SSE Airtricity gas tariffs in Greater Belfast and the West and a 21.15 per cent reduction in firmus energy’s gas tariffs in the Ten Towns area outside Greater Belfast is good news for energy consumers.

“These tariff reductions means that domestic natural gas consumers should be saving more than £100 on their heating bill over the year ahead.”
