Guidance

The first piece of guidance that has been developed is technical and aimed at employers who think their employee(s) may be eligible for shared parental leave and/or pay. It is intentionally detailed, to provide as much information as possible.

Other guidance, including guidance aimed at employees, is also being developed and views will be sought on this in due course.
