Summary
In accordance with the provisions of the Petroleum (Production) Act (Northern Ireland) 1964, the Department for the Economy (DfE) has received an application from EHA Exploration Limited for a Petroleum Licence. DfE has accepted the application as a valid application.

Consultation description
The Revised Environmental Awareness Statement (dated 6 December 2019) shown in Annex F substitutes the Environmental Awareness Statement (dated 21 October 2014) which can be found on pages 31 to 64 of Annex A - Redacted Application Form for PLA1/16. Annex G (Key Technical Staff) replaces the Key Technical Staff document which can be found on pages 20 to 30 of Annex A.
