This guidance outlines and explains procedures to be followed when a gas licence holder applies to the Department for a necessary wayleave under the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 in order to gain access to land to install a gas pipeline.
Responses should be sent, preferably by email, to arrive by 5pm on Friday 31 March 2017.
