    Please see the attached notice for details on locations and times of where the application and Environmental Statement can be inspected.

    Any person, in relation to the likely environmental effects of the proposed project, who wishes to make representations to DfE must do so in writing within 28 days of the date of this notice. Please quote reference FHTEA.
