The strategy has been developed over several years and is based on a substantial programme of research and engagement to deliver an evidence-based, stakeholder-informed strategy:

The new strategy, Skills for a 10x Economy, supersedes the 2011 Skills Strategy, ‘Success Through Skills – Transforming Futures”:
