This independent report reviews the progress that has been made towards achieving the vision set out in Access to Success. It explores how the higher education landscape and widening participation practice has evolved over the last ten years and the extent to which access and participation of under-represented groups has increased. The report also identifies a number of strategic priorities to inform the future approach to widening participation in Northern Ireland.
