    Bill Stevenson of DETI and Phil Hicken of DECC have sent the letter (available at the link below) to all of the UK’s Transmission System Operators (TSOs), setting out the methodology for determining the allocation of the UK vote under the EU Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management code among TSOs.  A copy of this letter has also been placed on the Joint European Stakeholder Group (JESG) website.
