    The purpose of this report is to provide a Post Project Evaluation of the Belfast Metropolitan College Titanic Quarter Campus (TQ), delivered through a Public Private Partnership contract. The report was commissioned by the TQ Project Board and managed by the College, in line with DEL requirements.

    The purpose of any post project evaluation report is to confirm that benefits set out at business case stage have been realised, and to identify any other benefits or issues that were not envisaged at the onset, to inform future action. The report follows the standard format set out by DEL.
