The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is to outline the participants’ collective ambition to further develop the all-island economy through increased co-operation, connection and engagement.
While not a legally binding document, the MoU is an important sign of the collaboration and co-operation the two departments are committed to around areas of mutual interest and responsibility in advancement of the all-island economy.
