NEMO Voting Rights under the EU Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM) Code

Bill Stevenson of DETI and Joe Parsons of DECC have sent the letter (available at the link below) to all of the UK’s Nominated Electricity Market Operators (NEMOs), setting out the methodology for determining the allocation of the UK vote, under the EU Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management code, among NEMOs.  A copy of this letter has also been placed on the Joint European Stakeholder Group (JESG) website.
