Modification of Northern Ireland Fuel Security Code

The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment has modified the existing Fuel Security Code (Code), and this Code was published on the Department’s website on 19 October 2015.
The objectives of the Code are to adequately protect the security of supply of electricity in Northern Ireland and assist with the effective management of an event where primary fuel supplies for electricity generation are, or at risk of being disrupted.
