    Date published: 14 May 2018

The Department for the Economy has just completed a number of meetings with key stakeholder groups in preparation for full public consultation on the future of the non-domestic Northern Ireland Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme.

The purpose of these meetings was to outline the Department’s approach to developing the consultation, provide an opportunity to seek early views from representative groups and allow them to begin to develop an evidence base to inform their response to the consultation.

A copy of the presentation is provided below. Those who attended the meeting included representatives from academia, the political parties, the Ulster Farmers’ Union and the Renewable Heat Association.
