The Departmental Board has established the Departmental Audit Committee to support its assurance needs and the assurance needs of the Departmental Accounting Officer.
The Departmental Audit Committee reviews the comprehensiveness, reliability and integrity of assurances. The Departmental Audit Committee's role is solely advisory and it has no executive responsibilites.
