Articles 15 and 13 of the Energy Efficiency Directive - consultation responses

DETI has completed a statutory consultation on its proposals for the implementation in Northern Ireland of the transformation, transmission and distribution aspects of the Energy Efficiency Directive, set out in Article 15. The consultation also includes proposals for the transposition of Article 13 (penalties). 5 responses were received.
