Economic impact assessment of air passenger duty
The Department for Enterprise, Trade and Investment, in conjunction with the Department of Finance and Personnel, commissioned the Northern Ireland Centre for Economic Policy to conduct a detailed economic impact assessment on the impact of air passenger pricing, including short haul Air Passenger Duty.
Specialist aviation consultants York Aviation were appointed to provide expertise on the passenger forecasts.
