A survey of adults aged 16-65 in Northern Ireland carried out by the Central Survey Unit of the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency as part of the International Adult Literacy Survey. This Report was issued in 1996 and not 30 September 2000 as quoted. When this site was rebuilt it does not allow us to insert dates any earlier than 2000.
