    The undertaking was received for four years from Una Kincaid (55) of Drummond Park, Londonderry in respect of her conduct as a director of Sandwich Co. Manufacturing Limited.

    The Company acted as a manufacturer of food products trading from Unit 1, Bligh’s Lane Business Park, Londonderry and 59 Strand Road, Londonderry. The Company went into Liquidation on 21 March 2018 with an estimated deficiency as regards creditors of £173,209.54. There was a total of £10,000 owing as Share Capital, resulting in an estimated deficiency as regards members of £183,209.54.

    The Department accepted the disqualification undertaking from Una Kincaid on 16 March 2021 based on the following unfit conduct which solely for the purposes of the disqualification procedure was not disputed:

    • Causing and permitting the company to submit inaccurate VAT returns totalling £66,919.44 resulting in a loss of monies properly due to the Crown from 2015/16;
    • Failing to comply with the relevant legislation in that the annual accounts for the year ending 30 October 2016 were never filed.

    The Department has accepted nineteen Disqualification Undertakings in the financial year commencing 1 April 2020
