Proposed discontinuance of Stranmillis University College and its proposed merger with Queen's University Belfast

In April 2008 the Governing Body of Stranmillis took a unanimous decision to merge with Queen’s. The decision was the starting point of a process that would enable the merger to take place if certain key activities or tasks were successfully concluded during the process. This consultation is one of the key tasks in the process and the views coming out of it will inform the final merger decision.
