    Consultation description

    The Gas Applications Regulations were established to provide

    • a structured and regulated system for natural gas companies wishing to apply for a licence to operate within Northern Ireland.
    • the manner in which companies may apply to the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation for a licence to convey store or supply gas
    • for an extension to an existing gas licence
