Consultation description
We are seeking views from stakeholders on these provisions and wish to open a discussion as to how best we can mirror the legislation in GB while being cognisant of our specific needs in Northern Ireland.
Any suggestions that differ from the provision in GB will be taken on board for consideration whether in the immediate term where practicable or as part of a longer term strategic review of a range of employment rights issues in Northern Ireland.
