Article 59 Notice Draft Designation Order Strabane Gas PipelineThe proposed Designation Order will provide for the high pressure transmission section of a new gas pipeline between Maydown and Strabane to be designated under Article 59 of the Energy (NI) Order 2003 for the purposes of the common transmission tariff.
Online comments on this proposal are preferred and can be submitted to gasbranch@economy-ni.gov.uk. Alternatively, hard copy replies can be sent to the address below.
Responses may be shared with the Utility Regulator.
Comments on the proposed Designation Order are required by Friday 5 August 2016.
