The UK and Turkish Governments have announced plans to begin talks on an updated trade agreement in 2024. The deal would replace the existing UK-Turkey FTA that could boost trade and help UK companies maximise opportunities in this area. The purpose of this document is to assist Northern Ireland stakeholders who are considering responding to the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) consultation on prospective UK free trade agreement with Turkey.
