Feedback from workshop participants was examined and where appropriate revisions suggested to the draft questionnaire.
Each of the four UK countries has undertaken a number of relatively large-scale employers' skills surveys. In 2004 Economic Research and Evaluation completed a comparative analysis of the findings from a selection of surveys in each of these countries and the Republic of Ireland. Following a workshop with representatives from each of the countries, recommendations for a harmonised set of questions were reported.
