This statement deals specifically with the investigations of an office holder in administration or insolvent liquidation:- Revision of Statement of Insolvency Practice 2 to include conduct reporting obligations with effect from 6 April 2016Statement of Insolvency Practice 4 to be withdrawn with effect from 6 October 2016
New legislative provisions concerning the reporting obligations of insolvency office holders on the conduct of those that formerly controlled a company will come into effect from 6 April 2016:
