The partnership agreement template was approved by NICS Board to provide departments and arm’s length bodies with a new model ‘relationship document’.This partnership agreement sets out the partnership arrangements between Invest NI and the Department for the Economy, and supersedes the Management Statement Financial Memoranda (MSFM).
