The Department has given a commitment in the Executive’s Economic Strategy to conduct a fundamental review of employment law. The review, which is guided by Better Regulation principles, will seek to identify opportunities to reduce the regulatory and administrative burden on businesses, whilst protecting the rights of individual employees.
