The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment is required to prepare an annual general report under 372 of the Insolvency Service (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 on matters within the Insolvency Order. The Department is also required to prepare an account in such form and manner as the Department of Finance and Personnel may direct, of sums credited and debited to the Insovency Account during the year. The present report and account cover the year ended 31 March 2016.
