Insolvency Service Annual Report 2012

The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment is required to prepare an annual general report under Article 372 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 on matters within the Insolvency Order. The Department is also required to prepare an account in such form and manner as the Department of Finance and Personnel may direct, of sums credited and debited to the Insolvency Account during the year.
