The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 makes various amendments to corporate insolvency and companies legislation applying both in GB and in Northern Ireland. These guidance notes deals specifically with the provisions in the Act which relate to a new, free standing moratorium not linked to a particular insolvency procedure.
