Insolvency Code of Ethics consultation

This consultation set out the proposals of the Joint Insolvency Committee for a revised version of the Code of Ethics applicable to Insolvency Practitioners. The closing date was 25 July 2017.
The responses to this consultation will go towards informing the revision of the Code of Ethics adopted by the UK accountancy bodies in line with the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA) Code.
