The Department of Enterprise Trade and Investment commissioned fDi Intelligence Ltd to assess the future prospects for attracting high value inward investment to NI. This is a wide-ranging study which includes:
- an assessment of the value added of FDI sub-sectors
- detailed FDI forecasts up to 2015
- the potential impact of a 12.5 per cent Corporation Tax rate on FDI jobs
- mapping the local research base for R&D-focused FDI
- reviewing NI’s competitiveness for key FDI sectors
