The purpose of this circular is to apprise colleges of the results of recent research, carried out to assess the FE sector’s current capacity to demonstrate linguistic diversity in terms of marketing and administration; and remind FE Colleges of their specific responsibilities under the Council of Europe Charter for Regional or Minority Languages.
