FE 08-2021 - FE coding guidance: identification of COVID-19 affected enrolments

In consultation with College MI staff and internal Departmental colleagues the Department considers that due to the ongoing disruption caused by Covid 19, there is a continuing need to flag enrolments which were planned to be completed in an earlier academic year but which are now spanning two or more separate academic years.
This guidance outlines a number of potential scenarios and provides updated coding guidance on how such enrolments should be flagged for more accurate management of information and statistical reporting where continuing activity is taking place in the 2021/22 academic year.
