ESF Information Memo 21/20 - Transfer of edit function of ESIF database

This memo provides guidance to project promoters around the transfer of edit function of ESIF database from RMA to PDB Performance Team.
As you are aware over the last twelve months there has been an ongoing process to transfer the edit facility for participant details from RMA to the performance team in PDB. The purpose of this memo is to inform you that this process is now complete and all requests for changes to data should be sent to PDB Performance team. Projects should not contact RMA directly.
Where the request is for an amendment is to a locked record projects must provide the name and number of the project the participant is currently on. In the case of verified records a request should be made for the record to be unverified in order to allow projects to make amendments to these records.
The functions available to PDB are listed on the attached ESIF – R1 form which for all requests should be completed and submitted to esfperformancemonitoring@economy-ni.gov.uk.
