ESF Information memo 20/18 - On the spot checks - Call 2 projects

The European Social Fund (ESF) Project Delivery Branch has responsibility for ensuring that ‘On the Spot checks’ (OTSC) are carried out on all Call 2 projects, in line with EC Regulations.
